It’s time for all the pumpkin things, we know this. But these just may be the best pumpkin things you make (and eat!) this year.
2-Ingredient Pumpkin Cookies
Ingredients:
1 (15.25-oz. package) spice cake mix
1 (15-oz. can) pumpkin
1 cup chocolate chips, optional
Powdered sugar, optional
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl stir together cake mix, pumpkin, and chocolate chips (if using). Drop dough by rounded tablespoons 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheets. Flatten slightly with damp hands.
Bake until cookies are set, 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on cookie sheets 2-3 minutes. Remove and cool on wire racks. For an added touch, sprinkle powdered sugar over cookies. YUM!
