It’s summer. It’s Father’s Day week. It’s time for some sweet treats. This yummy Banana Cream Pudding is the perfect addition to your backyard cookout, and this Lagerita is the refreshing cocktail Dad (and Mom too!) needs on these sweltering summer days. Enjoy!

Smash a Modelo and a tangy Margarita together and you get Dad’s favorite new drink.
Dad’s Lagerita
Ingredients:
Salt, to rim (optional)
2 ounces tequila
3/4 ounce Cointreau
1 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
4 ounces Modelo Especial beer
Garnish: lime wheel
Instructions:
If desired, coat the rim of a highball glass with salt and fill with ice.
To a shaker, add the tequila, Cointreau, and lime juice with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into the prepared glass.
Top with the beer.
Garnish with a lime wheel. CHEERS!
