These 5-ingredient cookies are the easy, quick, sweet treat you need in the middle of a hectic week. Enjoy!
Butterscotch Toffee Cookies
Ingredients:
2 large eggs
1/2 cup Canola oil
1 box butter pecan cake mix
Butterscotch chips
Milk chocolate English toffee bits
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and oil until blended. Gradually add the cake mix and mix well by hand.
Fold in the chips and toffee bits.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased (or parchment paper lined) baking sheets. Bake until golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes.
Let the cookies cool for a minute before moving to wire racks.
