Happy Wednesday! You’ve made it halfway — and I think you deserve a treat or two. How about some Peanut Butter Hot Fudge Pudding Cake? Long title, amazing dessert. And yes it’s still winter, but this fun Berry Martini brings a little sweetness to the chilly air.

Grab your favorite berries and give a toast to Hump Day!

Sweet Berry Martini

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz vodka

  • 1 oz white cranberry juice

  • 1/2 oz simple syrup

  • 1/2 oz triple sec

  • Fresh cranberries, strawberries, or raspberries (for garnish)

  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Chill a martini glass in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.

  2. Skewer a few fresh cranberries, raspberries, or sliced strawberries onto a toothpick for garnish.

  3. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

    • Add the vodka, white cranberry juice, simple syrup, and triple sec to the shaker.

    • Shake the ingredients well for about 15-20 seconds to chill the mixture.

  4. Strain the cocktail into the chilled martini glass.

  5. Place the skewer on the rim of the glass or lay it across the top for a sweet touch.
